Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That the stone wall shall be extended in natural stone of the same colour, type and texture, and shall be laid and pointed, using a lime mortar, in the same manner as the natural stone which has been used in the construction of the existing wall. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policy CON6 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the bricks to be used for the conservatory walls shall match those used on the existing dwelling. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policy CON6 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
