That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That the stone wall to be extended shall be extended in natural stone of the same colour, type and texture, and shall be laid and pointed, using a lime mortar, in the same manner as the natural stone which has been used in the construction of the existing wall. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policy H12 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the bricks to be used for the conservatory walls shall match those used on the existing dwelling. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policy H12 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
