That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning Use Classes Order 1987 the use of the building shall be restricted to B1 (A and B) uses. Reason: To protect local amenities in accordance with Policy C11 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That prior to the first occupation of the building, it shall be re-roofed using natural slate and so retained. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policy C11 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That prior to the first occupation of the building, the parking area shown on plan reference 24480.01 shall be provided and so retained and maintained. Reason: To comply with the Local Planning Authority's vehicle parking standards and to protect local amenities in accordance with Policy G11 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That no storage or business use shall take place other than inside the building. Reason: To protect local amenities in accordance with Policy C11 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That development shall not begin until a scheme for the disposal of foul sewage has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: In the interests of public health and to avoid pollution in accordance with Policy G8 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
