That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent.
Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
That the materials to be used for the external walls and roof shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with
Policies CON 6, 8 and 10 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That notwithstanding the details submitted with the application, the stone coping on the new brick and flint wall shall be natural stone and not reconstituted.
