That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent.

Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas)               Act 1990.

That the materials to be used in the construction of the new roof of the dormer window shall be plain clay tiles to match those used on the existing building.

Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with 
             Policy CON6 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
