That the 4 rooms (including cloakroom) only shall be used for Osteopath/Herbalist practice purposes at 56 Gidley Way. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the locality and to comply with policy G1 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the Osteopath/Herbalist practice shall operate between the hours of 8.30 am to 6.30 pm Mondays to Fridays and from 9.30 am to 6.30 pm on Saturdays and shall not be used for such purposes outside these hours. Reason: To protect the local amenities and to ensure that the development is not unneighbourly and to comply with policy G1 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the window to the treatment room hereby approved in the eastern elevation of the property shall be obscure glazed and thereafter retained. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly and to comply with policy G1 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
