Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
That the materials to be used for the external walls and roofs shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with
Policy H12 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That the garage extension hereby approved shall be used only for purposes incidental to the enjoyment of the dwellinghouse and for no commercial or business purpose whatsoever.
