Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
That the premises shall be used only for B1(a) and for no other purpose (including any other purpose in Class B1 of the Schedule to the Town and Country Planning (Use Classes) Order 1987, or in any provision equivalent to that Class in any statutory instrument revoking and re-enacting that Order).
Reason: To safeguard the residential amenities of the area in accordance with Policy G8 of
the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That development shall not begin until a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish of all windows and external doors has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in the Conservation
Area in accordance with Policies Con 8 and Con 10 of the Council's adopted South
Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That the proposed skylights shall be conservation style rooflights and shall be so retained.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in the Conservation
Area in accordance with Policies Con 8 and Con 10 of the Council's adopted South
Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That samples of the slates to be used for the roof shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before development commences.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in the Conservation

Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That the existing parking shall be retained, maintained and kept available for use by the office building.
Reason: To ensure that parking is available in accordance with Policy G11 of the Council's
adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That no goods, plant or machinery (including motor vehicles) shall be stored, repaired, operated or displayed in the open except as may be agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To protect local amenities in accordance with Policy E6 of the Council's adopted
South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
