That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse.

Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That the roof of the building shall be constructed with dark brown sheeting, or as otherwise first agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority.

Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with 
             Policy G8 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the building shall be used for purposes in connection with the equestrian use of the site, and shall not be used for any other purpose without the prior grant of planning permission.

Reason: To safeguard the rural character and amenity of the locality in accordance with 
             Policy GB2 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
