That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That the roof of the stables shall be constructed with natural slate. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policy R10 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the walls of the stables shall be constructed with weatherboarding, to be stained dark brown and so retained and maintained. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policy R10 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the adjacent public footpath shall not be obstructed in any way. Reason: To protect the public footpath network in accordance with Policy R7 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the public footpath adjacent to the access to the stables shall be surfaced to ensure a smooth transition from hardstanding to footpath. Reason: To protect the public footpath network in accordance with Policy R7 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
