Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
That the external walls shall be constructed with natural stone a sample of which shall first have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the development commences.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with
Policy G8 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That no development shall take place until written approval has been given by the Local Planning Authority to a sample panel of retaining wall. The development shall be carried out in accordance with the approved panel.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with
Policy G8 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That prior to the commencement of the works, a detailed planting scheme shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The scheme shall be implemented in accordance with the approved details within the planting season following the construction of the walls and shall be so retained and maintained.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with
Policy G9 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That notwithstanding the details on the submitted drawing, the existing shrubs along the southern boundary of the site shall be retained unless otherwise agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To protect local amenities in accordance with Policy G9 of the Council's adopted
South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That notwithstanding the provisions of the (General Permitted Development) Order, no fencing shall be erected on the land without the prior grant of planning permission from the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To protect local amenities in accordance with Policy G9 of the Council's adopted
South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
