That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That samples of the materials to be used for the external walls and roofs shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any development commences. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory and to comply with policies G1 and G8 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the first floor window in the southern elevation shall be obscure glazed and thereafter retained as such. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly and complies with policies G1 and H12 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the roof lights shall be flush conservation style which do not project above the roof finish. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory and shall be so retained and to comply with policy G1 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
