Decision
Planning Permission on 25th June 2001
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That prior to occupation of the building provision shall be made within the site for cycle parking facilities. Reason: To ensure that adequate provision is made for cyclists in accordance with Policy G11 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the additional office accommodation hereby permitted shall only be occupied and used in connection with and ancillary to the industrial use of the building. Reason: As the separate occupation of the accommodation would represent an undesirable subdivision of the building with inadequate standards of parking in accordance with Policy G11 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
