Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
That the materials to be used for the external walls and roof shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with
Policy H12 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That the occupation of the dwelling shall be limited to a person wholly employed, or last employed, locally in agriculture, as defined by Section 290 (1) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1971, or in forestry, or a dependant of such a person residing with him but including a widow or widower of such a person.
Reason: Because the development is justifiable only on agricultural grounds in accordance
with Policy G1 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
