Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent.
Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
That notwithstanding the details submitted with the application, the cappings and the copings shall be of natural stone a sample of which shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historic character and appearance of the listed
building and the amenity of the Lewknor Conservation Area in accordance with
Policies CON 6, 8 and 10 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That a sample panel of the new wall using lime mortar shall be constructed on the site and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the erection of any part of the wall.
Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historic character and appearance of the listed
building and the amenity of the Lewknor Conservation Area in accordance with
Policies CON 6, 8 and 10 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
