That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That the roof shall be covered with plain clay tiles a sample of which shall first have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the works commence. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policy CON6 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
