That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That notwithstanding the details submitted with the application, the cappings and the copings shall be of natural stone a sample of which shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historic character and appearance of the listed building and the amenity of the Lewknor Conservation Area in accordance with Policies CON 6, 8 and 10 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That a sample panel of the new wall, using lime mortar shall be constructed at the site and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the erection of any part of the wall. Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historic character and appearance of the listed building and the amenity of the Lewknor Conservation Area in accordance with Policies CON 6, 8 and 10 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
