Planning Permission on 5th July 2001
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That within three months of the completion of the extension to the glasshouse the existing three polytunnels shall be dismantled and removed from the site. Reason: To ensure that the nature of the operation is compatible with the location of the site in a quiet rural area and does not generate a level of traffic which is inappropriate having regard to the nature of the site access in accordance with Policy G1 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the extension shall be used only for the propagation, display and sale of plants in connection with the applicant's business of supplying plants to customers by mail order or personal visit, and no goods shall be brought in for re-sale to the public. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the locality in accordance with Policy G1 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the area used for the external display of plants and pots shall be limited to that area hatched green on the attached plan unless otherwise agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the nature of the operation is compatible with the location of the site in a quiet rural area and does not generate a level of traffic which is inappropriate having regard to the nature of the site access in accordance with Policy G1 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
