That the proposal would be contrary to policies G1 and G7 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.  The erection of 12 floodlights on nine 8 metre high columns and the operation of these floodlights until 22.00 hours would be an unneighbourly form of development that would be intrusive in the outlook of local residents and detract from the standard of residential amenity that they currently enjoy.
