That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That the materials to be used for the roofs shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policy CON10 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the rooflights to be inserted on the front elevation shall be conservation rooflights fitting flush with the existing roof slope in accordance with details which shall first have been submitted to and approved in writing with the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policy CON10 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
