That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That prior to the first use of the building the walls shall be stained dark brown/black, and so retained and maintained. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policy GB2 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That within one month of the erection of the building hereby permitted, the existing building on the land shall be removed and the land left in a tidy and orderly state. Reason: To protect local amenities in accordance with Policy GB2 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
