That at the end of a period of 5 years beginning with the date of this consent, the consent will lapse and the advertisements hereby approved shall be removed unless a fresh application shall have been submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: By virtue of Regulation 18 (4) of the Town and Country Planning (Control of Advertisements) Regulations 1992.

That the three externally illuminated signs hereby approved shall not be illuminated when the premises are closed to the public. Reason: To ensure that the signage does not detract from the visual amenity of the area.
