That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That development shall not begin until a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish of all windows and external doors has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory and to comply with Policies G1, CON6, CON8 and CON10 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That works shall not begin until a sample stone panel has been erected on site and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The walls of the extension shall comply with the approved sample stone panel. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory and to comply with Policies G1, CON6, CON8 and CON10 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

The samples of the tiles to be used for the roof shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any development commences.
