That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That the materials to be used for the dwarf walls of the conservatory and the walls of the garage and car port shall be stained to match the timber cladding used on the approved extension. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policy CON 6 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That samples of the materials to be used for the roof shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any works commence. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policy CON 6 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
