That the proposal would be contrary to policies G1 and E6 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.  The building the subject of this application lies within the domestic curtilage of The Old School and in close proximity to other residential properties.  It is considered that its use for offices, unrelated to The Old School, would cause undesirable noise and disturbance to the occupiers of neighbouring residential properties and detract from their standard of residential amenity.  In addition, the proposal would be likely to lead to additional on street parking in a prominent location in the centre of Great Milton village.
