That samples of the materials to be used for the external walls and roof shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any development commences. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies CON 7 and 8 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
