Decision
Refusal of Planning Permission on 5th April 2001
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the proposals would be contrary to policies G8 and E6 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan. Having regard to the excessive bulk, height and massing of the proposals and to the location of the building adjacent to residential properties, the proposals would result in unneighbourly, overbearing and intrusive form of development leading to some loss of light that would detract from the residential amenities currently enjoyed by the occupants of adjoining residential properties.
