That the details of the siting of the proposed telecommunications line do not allow the full environmental impact of the proposals to be adequately assessed and that, based on the details submitted, the proposals could have an adverse impact on the scenic landscape qualities and natural landscape features of the Chilterns and North Wessex Downs Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty, fail to conserve and enhance the character and appearance of (Whitchurch) Conservation Areas, adversely affect the special architectural and historic interest of Listed Buildings and cause harm to sites of Special Scientific Interest or of nature conservation value on or adjacent to the line. As such the proposals would be contrary to the provisions of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan, particularly policies C2, CON6, CON7, CON15 and C12.
