That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse.

Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That at the expiration of the period of time ending on 28 February 2002 or upon the site ceasing to be used for telecommunications purposes whichever is the earlier any equipment including the mast shall be removed from the site.  Written notice shall be given to the Local Planning Authority within one month of the cessation of use of any equipment.

Reason: In view of the temporary nature of the development and in view of the special 
             circumstances and in accordance with Policy G15 of the South Oxfordshire Local 
             Plan.
