Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That all new external louvres shall be coloured in accordance with details which shall first have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policy G1 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

The electricity generator shall be for standby use only and shall be run only for testing purposes, subject to condition 4 below, or when the mains electricity supply fails. Reason: To protect local amenities in accordance with Policy G7 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That all test running of the generator shall be carried out on Monday to Friday between the hours of 09.00 and 17.30. Test running shall not exceed the following i) monthly, 5 minute run 'no load' and ii) six monthly run 'on load'. Reason: To protect local amenities in accordance with Policy G7 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

The rating level of the noise emitted from plant and other activities carried out within the site boundary shall be lower than the existing background noise level at the time of operation. The noise levels shall be determined at the boundary of the nearest noise sensitive premises in accordance with the latest British Standard 4141 'Method for rating industrial noise affecting mixed residential and industrial areas'. Reason: To protect local amenities in accordance with Policy G of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
