That prior to the commencement of development, details of the colour finish to the cross polar antennas and extended lattice tower shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Thereafter, the development shall only be carried out in accordance with the approved details. Reason: To ensure a satisfactory external appearance in accordance with policies G15 and C3 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
