That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
That, prior to the commencement of development, details of the proposed fixing of the equipment to the building shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
That within 6 months of the antenna system no longer being required for the reception or transmission of microwave radio energy it shall be removed from the church tower together with the associated equipment and the site shall be restored to its condition before the development took place or to any other condition as may be agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To safeguard the character of the area.
