Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That within 3 months of the antenna system no longer being required for the reception or transmission of microwave radio energy it shall be removed from the tower; and within six months of the tower no longer being required for telecommunication purposes it shall be removed from the site, together with the equipment cabins and perimeter fencing, and the site shall be restored to its condition before the development took place or to any other condition as may be agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To safeguard the character of the area.
