Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
That within 3 months of the equipment no longer being required for telecommunication purposes, the equipment shall be removed from the mast.
Reason: To help protect local amenities, in accordance with policy G15 of the South
Oxfordshire Local Plan.
