That at the expiration of 5 years from the date of this permission, the use specified in the application shall be discontinued unless a fresh application shall have been submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority.
 
Reason: In order that the effect of the development upon the amenities of the neighbouring 
             area can be assessed during this period, and that any future application can be
             decided on this assessment.

That the building shall be used only as specified in the application and for no other purpose falling within Class D1 of the Town and Country Planning (Use Classes) Order, 1987.

Reason: To safeguard the character of the area in accordance with Policy G1 of the adopted 
             South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
