Decision
Refusal of Planning Permission on 13th February 2001
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the alterations to the western elevation of the garage building and the lowering of the driveway leading up to it would result in incongruous forms of development that would be detrimental to the visual appearance of the building and contrary to the Chilterns Design Guide and South Oxfordshire Design Guide which were adopted as Supplementary Planning Guidance in December 2000. As such the development would be contrary to policies G1, G8 and C11 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
