Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That the mobile home shall be removed within 13 weeks of being installed on the site, or upon completion of the renovation works to 15 The Croft, whichever is the sooner.

Reason: Because permission is given only in view of the special circumstances in 
             accordance with Policy G1 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
