That samples of the materials to be used in restoring and making good the garden wall shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any works commence. Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historic character and appearance of the listed building in accordance with Policy Con 7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
