Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent.
Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
That samples of the materials to be used for the roof shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any works commence.
Reason: To safeguard the character of the listed building in accordance with Policies G1,
CON6 and H12 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That works shall not begin until a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish of the porch windows and the front door has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To safeguard the character of the listed building in accordance with Policies G1,
CON6 and H12 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That the external walls shall be colour washed to match the existing building within six months of the first use of the porch.
Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historic character and appearance of the listed
