That, having regard to the size of the extension relative to the plot and to its location relative to the front and side boundaries, the proposal would result in a cramped and incongruous form of development which would detract from the character and appearance of the existing building and be detrimental to the visual amenity of the street scene, contrary to Policy H12 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That the development would result in a severe shortfall of on-site vehicle parking which would result in difficulties and inconvenience for other users of the highway contrary to Policy G11 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
