Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That samples of the bricks to be used to clad the external walls of the breakfast room and the tiles for the new roof shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before works commence. Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historic character and appearance of the listed building in accordance with Policies G1, CON6 and CON10 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That works shall not begin until a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish of all windows, external doors and the fireplaces has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historic character and appearance of the listed building in accordance with Policies G1, CON6 and CON10 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That all rainwater goods shall be constructed of cast iron. Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historic character and appearance of the listed building in accordance with Policies G1, CON6 and CON10 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the brickwork to be used to clad the breakfast room shall be laid in a Flemish bond. Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historic character and appearance of the listed building in accordance with Policies G1, CON6 and CON10 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
