That, within 6 months of the date of this permission, the land shall be landscaped with shrubs, in accordance with a scheme to be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. In the event of any of the shrubs so planted dying, or becoming seriously damaged or destroyed, within 3 years of them being planted, a new shrub of a species first approved by the Local Planning Authority shall be planted and properly maintained.
Reason: To help to assimilate the development into its surroundings in accordance with
Policy G1 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
