Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Sections 18 and 74 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That demolition works shall not commence until a contract has been entered into for the redevelopment of the site in accordance with a planning permission and within a time all of which shall have been approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To safeguard the character and appearance of the Wallingford Conservation Area.

That, within one month of the commencement of demolition works, the building and all materials therefrom shall be removed from the site. Reason: To safeguard the character and appearance of the Wallingford Conservation Area.
