That, having regard to the location of the proposed extension near to the shared boundary with 2 St Peters Road, to its size and to the orientation of the properties the proposal represents an unacceptable and oppressive form of development which would block light to the neighbouring property and be detrimental to the residential amenities currently enjoyed by the occupants of 2 St Peters Road. As such the proposal would be contrary to Policies G1 and H12 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
