Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the conservatory must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That the materials to be used for the brick plinth and side wall of the conservatory shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building. Reason: To safeguard the character of the area in accordance with Policies G1 and H12 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the gym building shall be painted or rendered, in a colour to be agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority, within three months of the date of this decision. The building shall be maintained in the approved colour unless agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To safeguard the character of the area in accordance with policies G1, C2 and H12 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
