Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development be carried out strictly in accordance with the particulars of the development contained in the application to seek permission for the development and the plan numbers 9859/1, 2, 3A, S.22/00 and 9859/4 accompanying such application except as modified by conditions of this permission unless otherwise agreed by the Chief Planning Officer in writing. Reason: To ensure the details of the development are carried out in accordance with the application as approved.

That development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date hereof. Reason: By virtue of the provisions of Section 91 (1) (a) of the Town and Country Planning Act, 1990.

That the materials to be used for the roof and external walls of the extension shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building. Reason: To ensure the materials are compatible with the surrounding development.

That at the expiration of a period ending on the 31 October 2005 the prefabricated classroom be removed from the land and the land be left in a tidy and orderly state. Reason: In view of the temporary nature of the development.
