Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That the materials to be used for the brick plinths to the conservatory and porch and roof of the porch shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building.

Reason: To safeguard the character and appearance of the Ewelme Conservation Area in                    accordance with Policies G1, H12, CON8 and CON10 of the South Oxfordshire                    Local Plan.
