Decision
Refusal of Planning Permission on 23rd August 2000
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That having regard to the existing projection of this property forward of 18 Passey Crescent, to its angle of orientation, the difference in land levels and the existing distances between dwellings at this point on Passey Crescent, the proposed first floor and garage extension would represent a cramped overdevelopment of the site which would detract from the visual amenities of the area. As such the proposal would be contrary to Policies G1 and H12 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
