That the development be carried out strictly in accordance with the particulars of the development contained in the application to seek permission for the development and the plan numbers A90708/921/100 2160A and 90708/921/100 2161A accompanying such application except as modified by conditions of this permission unless otherwise agreed by the Chief Planning Officer in writing. Reason: To ensure the details of the development are carried out in accordance with the application as approved.

That at the expiration of a period ending on the 31st December 2001 or on completion of two storey classroom building (application ref S.23/00) the buildings be removed from the land and the land be left in a tidy and orderly state. Reason: In view of the temporary nature of the development.

That the colour of the external walls of the prefabricated buildings shall not be changed without the written authority of the Chief Planning Officer. Reason: To ensure the finishes are compatible with the surrounding development.
