Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That before any work is undertaken in pursuance of this consent, such steps shall be taken and such works shall be carried out to secure the safety and stability of the building during the alterations, and to provide protection for the building against the weather during the progress of the works. Reason: To secure the safety and protection of the listed building.

That the materials to be used for the plinth supporting the wooden frame to the conservatory shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing new extension to the dwellinghouse. Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historic character and appearance of the listed building.

That the conservatory shall be so constructed as to scribe around the dripstone on the rear wall of the dwellinghouse in accordance with the details submitted with the letter received from the applicant on 18 August 2000. Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historic character and appearance of the listed building.

That the proposed porch shall be so constructed to match the details of design and material finish as that constructed at No 51 Preston Crowmarsh. Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historic character and appearance of the listed building.
